I know that you are engaged in having great leadership meetings that are effective and get things done. I also know that I requested to read Get a Grip by Gino Wickman and was impacted by that book. If you have not read it, I certainly recommend that you do. Recently, I have come across a book called What the Heck is EOS? by Gino Wickman and Tom Bouwer. It has a great Chapter 6 on L10 meetings that is illuminating
