Our sessions are built around business simulations that focus on developing collaboration and teamwork that improve business performance.  These programs can be tailored to indoor or outdoor venues.

Building a High Performance Team 

This session will allow the group to explore ways they could better work together. All that is needed for this session is a room large enough for the group to move around freely (approximately 100 square feet per person). We bring the rest! We will provide a facilitator for every 15 people in your group, so you can be sure to receive plenty of individual instruction. This program has been highly successful with all of our clients since 1984, and is the foundation that supports the rest of our programs.

Creating a "Raving Fan"  Customer  

There is a lot of talk about the importance of customer service. The challenge is to actually deliver extraordinary customer service on a consistent basis. CMI offers team building sessions that utilize and feature personality profiles. DiSC Indra offers a new understanding of relationship dynamics by applying the time-honored DiSC model to interpersonal style.  DiSC Indra's comprehensive feedback reports provide insight on individuals, dyads (pairs), and groups. It is ideal for: resolving conflict, improving communication and understanding, developing leadership, coaching and managing others and enhancing individual and team performance.

High-Ropes, Rock Climbing, and Ground Initiatives 

We have several sites in which we can work with groups as large as 100 people to inspire powerful performances. The sites are located all over the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Our sites have meeting rooms, indoor high ropes course, climbing walls, and lots of room for our classic teambuilding initiatives.
