Here’s how we’re different:

PROGRAM DESIGN   When we meet with you before an event, we will do a needs analysis and design your program accordingly. We encourage your participation in the planning and writing of your session. We help you achieve greatness through teambuilding games and activities for groups ranging from 5 to 500. We offer customized programs and events ranging from 2 hours to 2 days. Our programs incorporate education in the areas of customer service, team skills, leadership, quality, and communication. CMI activities loosen up groups, build camaraderie, break down barriers, and improve communication. We have true business knowledge that we apply to every event. Although our programs are fun, they all incorporate valuable learning from experienced professionals who understand real business issues.

CREATIVITY   We are extremely creative in the venues we use to pass on our knowledge. If there is an activity that your team enjoys, we can design a teambuilding event for it. Our programs provide knowledge through participation: CMI’s utilization of initiatives (games) involves participants physically and mentally. It is whole body learning which has been proven to accelerate the learning curve. We relate all activities to participants work situations. We provide a practice field where your team can make mistakes and learn from them in a safe environment. We do not rely on teams courses. We do excellent work with portable activities, whether indoors or outdoors. It’s FUN! The vast majority of participants enjoy this type of learning.

When you book an event with us, you will be informed of who will facilitate the event and the facilitator will contact you promptly to start building the relationship. All facilitators that we use are certified Experiential Education Instructors. No more showing up to your events wondering what surprises your teambuilding vendor has for you this week! CMI’s unique method of facilitation teaches participants how to seek out what customers really want, what makes customers loyal to an organization, and how to become indispensable to them. Our facilitators quickly identify and correct traditional task-oriented and individualistic behaviors.
